Data Rights & Requests
This page gives you a public way to request access to your Pomoku data, receive an export, correct account information, or request account deletion without opening the app.
If you still have access to the app, you can also use the built-in export and account-deletion controls in Settings.
Request a data export
Ask for a copy of the data associated with your Pomoku account.

Use this for privacy questions, account corrections, or other data-rights requests.

- The email address associated with your Pomoku account.
- The platform you used (`web` or `android`).
- The type of request you are making.
- Any details that will help us locate the correct account or understand your request.
Verification
To protect your account and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion, we may ask you to verify account ownership before we fulfill a request.
Retention and limits
We will review and respond to requests in a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. Some limited information may be retained where necessary for legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
