- Provide optional connected features, such as calendar suggestions, planned focus blocks, completed-session logging, and Slack status updates.

Data Storage and Processing
Pomoku is hosted using cloud infrastructure providers including Firebase / Google Cloud and Cloudflare. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
Third-Party Services and Integrations
Pomoku uses third-party providers where needed to operate the service, including infrastructure, authentication, subscription, and optional integrations. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their part of the service.
- Firebase / Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, and related backend services.
- Cloudflare for web hosting and route-specific integration workers.
- RevenueCat for subscription and entitlement management where paid plans are used.
- Google Calendar and Slack only when you choose to connect those integrations.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to run the service and by third-party services you connect at your request.
Data Retention
Data is retained while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can access and update your data from within the app.
- You can export your data and request account deletion from within the app when signed in.
- You can also submit access, export, correction, and deletion requests without opening the app via our public Data Rights & Requests page.
- You can disconnect optional integrations like Google Calendar and Slack at any time.

Children's Privacy
Pomoku is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
